Noise

1. Residents shall not make or permit any disturbing noises in their unit whether made themselves, their families, guests or others, nor do or permit any act or   thing that will interfere with the right, comforts or conveniences of other residents.

2. Residents shall not play or operate any musical instrument, phonograph, television, radio or audio equipment on the premises in a loud or intrusive manner, so as to disturb or annoy other residents.

3. No unit shall be used for the purpose of conducting a commercial or  professional vocal or instrumental instruction business or practice sessions in connection therewith.

4. All home or automobile burglar alarms must be capable of automatically deactivating and to be set to deactivate after (15) minutes or less of operation.  Home burglar alarm systems must also be capable of deactivation as stated above or maintained by a 24 hour security company.

5. Vehicle horn blowing, except to avert an accident, and loud engine revving of  cars, motorcycles, other vehicles or boats is prohibited.
