1. Adult supervision is
suggested at all times and required if a child is ten (10) years of age
or younger.
2. Residents are responsible
for damage caused by their minor children, visitors or guests.
3. Regulations governing the
use of the swimming pool and tennis courts are posted at those
locations.
4. Residents are prohibited
from storing gasoline or other flammable liquids or containerized gases
in or around any unit, with the exception of UL approved propane tanks
for barbecue grills. No other open flame devise is permitted, (e.g.
torches).
5. All units shall be used as
single family, residential dwellings only.
6. A lease of less than an
entire unit, or a lease for a term of less than one year is prohibited.
All leases must be in writing and shall comply with all provisions of
the Master Deed and by Laws and must be approved by the Board of
Trustees. The approval of the board must be received prior to the
singing of the lease. Use of a Rental Lease/notification Form is
required.
7. Timely intent of resale shall be reported to the Board of Trustees through the
Management Company and upon closing of title, owner shall notify the Management Company of the name and address of the purchaser.
8. No resident shall do,
allow, suffer or permit any act or thing to be done that will increase
the rate of insurance for the Association or cause a limitation or
cancellation of any policy insuring the premises.
9. Dryer Vents must be cleaned and/or inspected every three years. Proof of such must be submitted to the Management Company.
