Rules and Regulations at the Pool for Marina Bay Club.
All Unit Owners, Tenants and Guests using the Association pool must comply with the New Jersey Swimming Pool code Requirements. These requirements are published in updated form in May of each year by the New Jersey Department of Health and will be posted in the pool area.
The Association does not maintain a lifeguard- therefore use of the pool is at the user's risk. It is critical that the underlined items below be followed or Marina Bay Club may be fined or the license to allow a non-life-guarded pool be revoked by the City of Long Branch.
Swimming alone is specifically prohibited.
No children under 16 years of age are permitted in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them.
We ask that Unit owners who observe violations of these rules report these to Management at 732-460-2800. Violations of Pool Policy may result in loss of pool privileges
The following additional Rules apply:
Pool hours: 9 am to dusk – Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
Please CLOSE all pool umbrellas upon exiting the pool area or assure that other users still there will close the umbrellas.
REPLACE all pool furniture in a neat and orderly configuration when leaving the pool area.
NO diving is permitted.
Personal pool furniture and possessions must be removed from the pool area at the end of the day or may be considered abandoned or discarded.
Bringing items of value to the pool should be avoided as the Association cannot guarantee their safety and will assume no responsibility.
Close the access door upon exiting the pool area. Failure to observe this rule can cause Marina Bay Club to lose its ability to have the pool open and the Association may be fined.
Do not allow others entrance to the pool area using your access card.
It will cost $50 to replace a lost access card and $100 per subsequent loss. Replacement of a lost card will be done by Management during normal business hours.
Any Unit owner in arrears more than $1000 does not have pool privileges.
If a Unit is rented, Unit Owners are responsible for their tenants.
Glass containers of any form are prohibited from the pool area.
Cooking is prohibited in the pool enclosure.
People using the pool must wear bathing suits.
Non-toilet trained babies must wear swimming diapers to enter the pool.
Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied in the pool by an adult.
Excessive splashing, horseplay, ball playing in or about the pool area is prohibited.
Bicycles, scooters, etc., are not allowed in the fenced pool area.
Scuba equipment is not allowed in the pool.
Persons exhibiting signs of cuts, sores or open wounds are not permitted in the pool.
Guests of residents are not permitted to bring guests of their own to the pool area unless the resident is also present.
